Before I supported other women in this work, I had to understand it myself.

WHERE MY WORK BEGAN
Hello, I’m Anita - Relationship & Life Coach.
Training as a counsellor became a turning point in my life. It gave me the awareness to begin noticing patterns in how I was living — what I felt responsible for, the roles I had taken on, and the beliefs I had been acting from without ever questioning them.
Until that point, I had been moving through life in a way that will feel familiar to many of the women I now work with: capable, reliable, and used to carrying responsibility without stopping to ask whether it was truly mine to hold.
Life looked full and functional from the outside. But much of it was being shaped by habit, expectation, and a quiet assumption that certain things were simply my role.
That training created space to pause.
To look honestly at the choices shaping my life — and to understand not just what I was doing, but why.
It changed how I lived, and how I related to my own decisions.
The Work I Do Now
From there, my work evolved naturally. I began supporting women through one-to-one sessions, workshops, talks and group experiences.
Again and again I saw the same pattern I had once lived myself.
Capable, thoughtful women carrying more than they realised, and gradually becoming disconnected from themselves within the lives they had built.
Over time it became clear that this work wasn’t simply about solving problems. It was about helping women recognise the patterns shaping their choices, and creating space for those choices to become intentional again.

Sometimes the biggest change isn’t what we do, but how consciously we choose.
What I Believe
Choice begins with awareness
Many capable women find their lives shaped more by responsibility and expectation than by intentional choice. The first shift is simply noticing the patterns shaping how life is being lived.
The relationship with yourself comes first
How a woman relates to herself shapes how she shows up in every part of her life. When that relationship becomes more honest and intentional, everything else begins to shift.
Change doesn’t require walking away
This work isn’t about abandoning success or responsibility. It’s about experiencing those things from a place of intention rather than obligation, while remaining fully engaged in the life you’ve built.
Life can feel more intentional
When women reconnect with their ability to choose, life becomes more spacious and balanced. Decisions feel clearer, relationships become more honest and life begins to align with how they truly want to live.

A little more about me
Outside of my work, life is centred around my daughter, my dog Poppie and the quieter moments that allow everything to slow down a little.
I love being out walking in nature, where things tend to feel simpler and clearer. It’s often where I find the space to think, reflect and reset.
More recently I’ve been exploring painting with watercolours — something completely different from my usual world, and a reminder of how important it is to stay curious and creative.
In many ways the work I do with women reflects how I try to live my own life: paying attention to the patterns shaping how we think, choose and relate, and creating space to live a little more intentionally.
